After hearing a scratch demo of Matthew through a mutual friend, guitarist Lynxx sought him out to get him involved in his new band concept, Cracked Alice. A short jam session later and they knew they had something very special. Matthew quickly contacted former roommate to play bass but in time he was replaced by Valerio Celentano, while Lynxx recruited fellow underground NYC musician and drummer Luis Drums.

Cracked Alice offers both a vibrant and sophisticated songwriting style with no shortage of infectious hooks, sweet melodies, intelligent lyrics and possessing a well-honed song craft rarely seen in today's music. Cracked Alice strives to be unique in every aspect of their writing process. They aim to transcend genre and connect with with their fans, be they 13 or 50, by presenting familiar material in a new and exciting way.

Contents under pressure, their debut EP, was released in April 2013. It featured the songs Burn, Hangman, Fissure, and Bones. It took you on a journey through the highs and lows of the band members lives. Every note and word bears tremendous weight, every time we pick up our instruments we put our hearts on the table. Following the success of Contents Under Pressure, the band is releasing the follow up EP 'Soul Debris' in early 2015. This record is the culmination of the band's vision, representing the evolution of sound they have been working toward since their inception.
