Most people will never know what it feels like to be on stage in front of a crowd, what does that feel like?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS
Energy, a rush, all of the cliche things you'd hear from a musician is what you're gonna get here. As cliche as it might sound, playing in front of people - even if it's 5 people and three of them are your girlfriends or wives - is a blast. Bands put a lot of hard work into their music and expressing it in front of people is the best way to enjoy it, as a band.

ATP
Describe your typical stage show performance. What might we expect at your show and why we should go?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS
You can expect four dudes who love to play music to enjoy themselves.

ATP
Tell us about your most memorable gig and why it was so great?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS
So far (8/16/13) our most memorable gig has to be the one I mentioned earlier with Burnt Fuse and Gargantuan. We played really well that night and the other bands had a good time.

ATP
Tell us about your worst gig and why it was so bad?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS
We haven't had a worst gig just yet. We hope it doesn't happen anytime soon.

ATP
Tell Us About Your Dream Gig, who you'd like to play with, where?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS
Every gig is a dream gig to us.

ATP
Do you believe commercial/mainstream music has had a negative effect on new music, why or why not?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS

ATP
Has the internet really been helpful to your promotion, why or why not?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS
Absolutely. Sites like this, and even social sites like Facebook, Bandcamp, SoundCloud and ReverbNation are extremely helpful. Making and distributing your own music is so much easier than it has ever been. People are learning to produce and master their own tunes in their own studios, and now that they can distribute their songs without having to deal with getting signed to huge record companies. And on the financial side of things, if they release something through places like Bandcamp, they see most (if not all) of the proceeds from the sale of their material. It's a beautiful thing.

ATP
Can you name a few of your favorite places on the web for band promotions?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS
Oops, I kinda did that in the previous question. But yeah, Bandcamp is great, Reverbnation, and of course ARM THE PIT are great places to get promotion.

ATP
Do you have a website, tell us about it?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS
Not currently. We are currently using Facebook as our main website.

ATP
Do you have a street team and how can you join?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS
The street team consists of Jerry and his feet at this point. Maybe we'll have a need for one in the future. Who knows.

ATP
Are you looking to get a record deal, why or why not?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS
At this point, no. Who wouldn't want to have their music accessible to the entire planet? Everyone would, of course. But at this point we're doing this for the fun of it. A couple of us have families and we all have jobs that we have to report to on a daily basis. That's not to say we don't have a passion for our music, it's just not the end-all, be-all of our lives.

ATP
What are your plans for the future, in a year, 5 years?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS
Who knows what the next 5 years holds for Bad Habit. Come to our shows and see it happen!

ATP
Finally, do have any words on what Arm The Pit means to you?
BAD HABIT AND THE CORRUPTIONS
This place is clearly operated by someone who loves music. All kinds of music. That's something to be proud of. The site is proof that someone took the time out of their (probably very busy) day to create a hub of activity for bands he or she doesn't even know on a personal level. That's just really awesome, when you think about it.
