COMP AGREEMENT
Arm The Pit is pleased to announce the creation of a series of compilation CDs of original music called Hometown Heroes. The goal is to showcase local music.

A) Artist hereby agrees to:

1) Grant permission to Arm The Pit to include your track royalty free by completing the Grant Of Rights. Arm The Pit is granted non-exclusive license of the track for the life of the compilation. (All music submitted remains the property of the artist. Arm The Pit assumes no rights in regards to publishing or third party licensing of the artists material.)

2) Provide us one song to be used on the comp.

3) Sign up on armthepit.com

B) Arm The Pit hereby agrees to:

1) Local and national distribution of the compilation. Retail ready and downloadable versions will be available.

2) Ad banner for artist to place on websites linking to the compilation on Arm The Pit’s website.

3) Provide artist one (1) complimentary copy of the compilation.

4) Provide as few as 10 additional retail-ready copies of the compilation which may be purchased for $2.00ea.

5) Reduced price copies and the complimentary copies are being offered in lieu of royalty compensation. Purchased and the complimentary copies may be given away as promotional items or sold as the artist sees fit.
